Thank you for your interest in bringing myLQA to your team!
myLQA is offered as a separate add-on subscription and is not included in your standard audit package. While your LQA website login provides access to the web platform, app access requires users to be specifically enrolled under an active myLQA subscription.
To view pricing or start a subscription
Visit the myLQA Subscription tab on your LQA dashboard.
Please note: that this is only possible for those with admin access.
From there, you can activate a 30-Day Trial for one user—an easy way to explore the app’s key features. The app itself can be downloaded via Apple App Store and Google Play.
Once you have an active subscription you are ready to log in to the app, please download the app on your phone, select Register and enter your:
- Activation Code (found when editing a user profile on the LQA website and email to user if app delivery method is selected as "email")
- Hotel Secret Key (updated monthly under in the Manage Users tab on the dashboard)
Please note: Your LQA website credentials will not automatically work in the app, registration is required first.
