Thank you for reaching out to us about this issue. We are aware of a technical issue affecting some users of the myLQA app on Apple devices and have potentially upgrade IOS, specifically when attempting to take photos for Self-Assessment and myAudit features.
While we wait for a resolution from Apple, we kindly ask you to avoid using the in-app photo capture functionality (especially if you're on iOS 26) in the myLQA mobile app.
Please note that you can still upload images from your device’s gallery as usual.
