We kindly request that you notify us at your earliest convenience if you have new block out dates for your hotel. Starting from your hotel dashboard, follow the steps below to submit new block out dates.
Please note we only allow 60 days of block out dates per year, and these cannot be selected as 30 or more consecutive days in a row, this is to ensure we are able to schedule your assessments correctly and provide the most objective service possible.
Click ‘Management’ and from the drop down menu select ‘Block Out Dates’:
To submit a new set of Block Out dates, click the green button ‘+ Submit block out period’. Please note, you must click here first, rather than selecting a date range on the calendar:
- Complete the date range fields with the new Block Out dates and provide us with any relevant commentary (if applicable) in the corresponding text box. To note, these dates cannot be submitted within 60 days of the current date:
To add multiple date ranges, click on the plus sign and a new line will appear. This can be done for as many dates as required.
4. To complete the process, please click ‘Save and add block out dates’. Our admin team will then receive a notification of your request:
Please note: that if you wish to submit a block out range of over 60 days, this should be done by contacting our admin team, info@leadingquality.com. This action cannot be completed via the LQA platform.
