Action Plans help hotels turn audit feedback into clear, measurable improvements. They allow managers to assign ownership, set deadlines, and track progress directly within myLQA. Linked to LQA standards and consultant recommendations.
Action Plans ensure that insights lead to action, accountability, and lasting performance growth.
Starting from your hotel dashboard, follow the steps below to create an action plan. Action plans are linked to a specific assessment following the completion of an LQA audit.
- Click ‘Action Plans’ from the top menu on your hotel dashboard
- This will open up the action plan overview page where you can create, edit or complete an action plan. First select the assessment you wish to create an action plan for from the drop down menu. Then click on ‘+ Create New Action Plan’ to get started:
This will open up a new action plan:
- To create the action plan, click on the green button at the bottom of the page. The action plan will then appear as ‘open’ on the action plan summary page:
- From here, the action plan can also be edited or deleted. When the action plan is complete, toggle ‘open’ to complete’. This will update the completion status for the hotel’s action plans.
